Graston Technique

Graston Technique is a patented form of Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) use to break down scar tissue and fascial restrictions. The technique involves 6 stainless steel instruments of differing shapes and sizes to effectively detect and treat areas of soft tissue fibrosis (scarring) or chronic inflammation.
